Add business workshop management UI with Jalali scheduling and shared dashboard polish.

Includes workshop list/edit/details, registrations modal, category tree, shared EmptyState/RichTextEditor/toasts, and fixes for the Jalali date picker and thumbnail field layout. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
